What you'll give our customers
Take on the role of Team Leader in one of our contact centres and you'll run your own team of advisors, giving them the coordination, support and motivation to ensure every customer enjoys a uniquely service. From coaching and training to troubleshooting and reporting, you'll not only ensure your team delivers its own sales and service targets - you'll foster a collaborative spirit with other business areas to encourage cross-selling and ensure there are no barriers to our customers getting all the products and services they need from us.

What you'll need
The success of everyone is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need to be an accomplished people manager with proven experience of sales and customer service, ideally gained in a contact centre environment. You'll not only lead by example with your enthusiasm, organisation and passion for customer satisfaction; you'll know how to use coaching and training to pass on your skills to your team members.
